Shipping Policy
Charge Me ships to the 48 contiguous states in America.
Charge Me uses a number of carriers across the industry to ship our products, factoring in destination and other variables to find the most appropriate service provider. Our preferred carriers include: DHL, Forward Air, USPS, Roadrunner, USF, AAA, UPS, XPO, YRC, FedEx, ABF, Estes, Ward, T Force, Old Dominion, Siai, Priority One, TQL, Viking, Coyote, C.H. Robinson
Shipping cost is calculated based on distance and number of units per purchase. Starting rates based on miles From Canton, OH (production facility) for a single unit are:
60-500 = $400
501-1000 = $500
1001-1500 = $600
1501-2000 = $700
2001-2300 = $750
2300+ = $800
Conditions that may result in higher shipping costs include but are not limited to:
Delivery hours at location, ease of access to location, weather, number of units being delivered, expedited delivery, and height at delivery location.

Purchases of product through charge.me are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carriers delivery to your ship-to address, and Charge Me is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.
Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.
Product will be delivered within a reasonable time after the receipt of Buyer’s purchase order and full payment, subject to availability of finished Products. Seller shall not be liable for any delays, loss or damage in transit. Selection of the carrier and delivery route shall be made by Seller unless specified by Buyer, and in the event specified by Buyer, Buyer shall be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred by Seller above such costs as would otherwise be incurred by Seller in its usual course of business. Seller reserves the right to reject Buyer’s shipping specifications and to ship using its normal course of business. Buyer acknowledges that lead times and delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller reserves the right to ship before the delivery date if Product is available to ship. Seller reserves all rights to hold shipments, dispose of goods and stop goods in transit, including, without limitation for Buyer’s failure to pay on time.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, Seller shall deliver the Product to the address marked for delivery on the Purchase Order (the “Delivery Point”) using Seller’s standard methods for packaging and shipping such Product. Buyer shall take delivery of the Product within forty-eight (48) hours of Seller’s delivery of the Product to the Delivery Point. Buyer shall be responsible for all loading costs and provide equipment and labor reasonably suited for receipt of the Product at the Delivery Point. If for any reason Buyer fails to accept delivery of any of the Product on the date fixed pursuant to Seller’s notice that the Product has been delivered at the Delivery Point, or if Seller is unable to deliver the Product at the Delivery Point on such date because Buyer has not provided appropriate instructions, documents, licenses or authorizations: (i) risk of loss to the Product shall pass to Buyer; (ii) the Product shall be deemed to have been delivered; and (iii) Seller, at its option, may store the Product until Buyer picks them up, whereupon Buyer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance). Buyer is responsible at its cost to insure all Products from and after delivery of the Products at the Delivery Point.
