Refund and Return Policy
Order Placement and Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. Orders should include a detailed description of the products being purchased and the required quantities. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified without the Seller's written consent. The Seller has the right to allocate products among customers at its discretion. Certain orders may be designated as non-cancelable and certain products as non-returnable ("NCNR"). Orders containing custom terms will be NCNR.
Buyers may pay a deposit of $500.00 to reserve a product for future delivery. If such a product is not shipped within sixty (60) days of full payment, the Buyer may opt for a refund of the amount paid as a deposit. Any requirement for advance payment for securing future delivery may be waived at the Seller's discretion.
Product Acceptance and Returns
Upon delivery to the Buyer or their agent, shipments will be considered accepted by the Buyer unless rejected in accordance with the following terms. The Buyer should perform any necessary inspections or tests within five (5) calendar days after delivery. After this period, the Buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products. Any discrepancy in shipment quantity must be reported to the Seller within two (2) working days of receipt of the products.
In the event of an over-shipment, the Buyer can either return the excess products to the Seller at the Seller's expense or retain the excess products (with an adjustment of the invoice). The Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision within five (5) working days after receipt of the products. If no decision is made within this period, the Buyer will be deemed to have elected to keep and pay for the excess products.
Product returns for restocking are subject to compliance with the Seller's return merchandise authorization policies and procedures. A restocking fee equal to 50% of the product's value as stated in the Seller's invoice will be applied, except for returned excess products. Returned products must be in the original packaging and meet the minimum package quantity requirements.
Products not eligible for return will be sent back to the Buyer with freight charges applied. For defective product returns, please refer to the manufacturer's limited warranty, available on the manufacturer's website.
